Cancellation Policy

We realize that emergencies happen; should you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform the office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Without such a notice, you will be responsible for the FULL AMOUNT of the session cost because that time-slot has been reserved for you. If you have given notice of absence within the prior 24 hours, you may inquire about rescheduling.
